The BAJC annual membership meeting will be held Monday evening, August 29th at 6:30 at West Village Meeting House. On the agenda will be a "state of the shul” report, nomination and election of Trustees and officers, a Treasurer’s report, presentation of a budget,and consideration of new by-laws.
Family memberships are entitled to two votes; individual memberships, one. Proxy votes may be sent to the meeting with a member who will be present or may be mailed to the secretary, Laura , at the BAJC mailbox. The present by-laws and the proposed by-laws will be e-mailed to the membership in August. If you do not have e-mail or cannot open attachments, copies of the by-laws will be available in the BAJC office.
